This is part 1 of the "Lucid Dream Challenge" video series. Every month, I will be sharing at least one lucid dreaming challenge that you can test and try for yourself. The goal is to inspire you guys to use lucid dreams to explore the unknown areas of your subconscious mind, to receive messages and wisdom from your higher self and to use that knowledge and insight in your everyday life to get to the next level of your spiritual journey. 

The Blank Paper Dream Incubation basically allows you to ask your subconscious mind an open-ended question to your subconscious mind. Even if you are not lucid, this blank paper is likely to appear in your dreams if you intend to dream about it. once you will see it in a dream, it will contain a message that will be relevant to your life.
