SAN BERNARDINO - On Monday October 29th, around 6:43pm, a Collision between a Omni Trans Bus and A Metrolink train was reported at the train crossing at Rancho Ave between Rialto Ave and Foothill Blvd.   No injuries have been reported. The train is carrying an unknown number of passengers. The bus was out of service, and appears to have had no passengers on board.
