Uganda bans short skirts, dyed hair, 3cm nails in the workplace

Uganda's Ministry of public service has issued a new set of rules on dress code in the workplace. According to the ministry heavy make-up, long nails are no longer acceptable at the office. The rules, which also include instructions on what men should wear to work, are bound to have many scrambling for a new image that many women in the country cannot afford. Hlonela Lupuwana has more.
