43 Witnesses to testify against Lillian Omollo on NYS scam

At least 43 witnesses are set to testify against suspended youth affairs PS Lillian Omollo and former NYS director-general Richard Ndubai. The witnesses are to give accounts of how the two and their co-accused, allegedly abused loopholes in the system, leading to the loss of hundreds of millions of shillings at the youth agency. This is according to submissions made by the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions during the pre-trial hearing held at the anti-corruption court in Milimani.
