Thinking this might be a Cam Phaser??
Has the noise (knock) of a diesel engine at low idle.
Possibly the type of oil that is being used (currently Castrol Magnatec 10W-40)
No wear metal is apparent in Engine Oil Sample. Oil Sample is perfect over 3-4 samples.

Could this be a XR8 similar noise (BOSS engines)
