This week, we are in San Francisco in California for a few days.  We decided to be a tourist and fit all of the fun touristy activities all in one day.  We kicked off our day with breakfast and shopping around San Francisco.  For lunch we headed over to Chinatown to House of Manking.  This is a popular locals favorite.  We had two local friends suggest this restaurant and it was great.  They have large portions, so it is best to order a few entrees and share "family style". 

After a delicious lunch, we headed down to the popular tourist spot...Fisherman's Wharf.  We did some shopping and even got our fortune from Zoltar...flashback to the movie BIG.  

A must do is the sea lions down at the wharf!  They are so funny!  We spend about 30 minutes just watching the sea lions.  They just sit on these floating docks and argue with each other.  Sometimes they slide off the docks and swim around, but they are very entertaining for adults and kids.

We then walked around the wharf some more watching street performers, shopping and slowly making our way to our favorite in San Fran...Ghiradelli!  We all got ice cream sundaes.  I got a peanut butter sundae.  It was amazing!

By this time, we getting towards dinner time so we wanted to drive over the Golden Gate Bridge before the night hit.  This was a fun experience just to drive over the bridge in a car.  We stopped at a pull out after crossing the bridge.  

It was a fun day for the whole family visiting one of our favorite cities, San Francisco.
