Products & Measurements for today’s box:
Colored Card Base: I used Real Red, 6 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches
Scoring:
- On the long side 1/2 inch, 1 1/4 inches, 3 1/2 inches an 4 1/4 inches
- On the short side 3/4 inches

How wide should my paper be?
My tags are 2 inches wide so the Front “Face” of my box needs to be 2 inches we will add ¼ Inch for wiggle room. 2 ¼ Inches
We have two "Faces", front and back, so we need that measurement two times.
2 ¼ +2 ¼ = 4 ½ inches
Next we will need to know how deep my box needs to be.
The tags measure ½ in in depth, once again I will add ¼ inch for wiggle room, so
¾ inches
We have two sides, so we need that measurement two times.
¾ + ¾ = 1 ½ inches
We need a tab to close and secure the box ½ Inch.
½ inch
We now have three measurement to add together,
4 ½ + 1 ½ + ½ Inches = 6 ½ Inches total
Next How Tall
2 ¾ inches plus bottom closure (has to match the sides).
My tags are 2 ¾ inches tall, and the bottom “side” is ¾ of an inch.
2 ¾ + ¾ = 3 ½ Inches tall
