I want to announce the first graduating class of the Atkins Diet Youtube Boot Camp.  We started with 10 recruits, but due to "real life" and commitments, only 7 recruits were able to meet the demands of Boot Camp and graduate with flying colors.

Remember the lessons of Boot Camp:
* Eat your veggies
* Eat enough during the day (add good oils and fats to meet your BMR)
* Induction is not necessarily special and be sure to explore the richness of the Diet in OWL
* Be active - find something you like doing (like hula hooping)
* Watch your food limits
* Plan for success
