Chiloba files contempt of court case against Chebukati

Besieged IEBC Chief Executive Officer Ezra Chiloba has filed contempt of court proceedings against the commission's Chairman Wafula Chebukati and the remaining three commissioners for locking him out of his office. Chiloba could not access his office at anniversary towers earlier this week when he returned to work, following a court order that allowed him to resume his duties as his case against the commission, questioning the decision to send him on compulsory leave continues. Ken Mijungu reports.
