Cabinet Secretaries Eugene Wamalwa and Rashid Echesa, have expressed support for President Uhuru Kenyatta's directive, to put a freeze on all new projects until existing ones are complete, saying it will help reduce wastage in government. at the same time, other leaders have called for those behind the plunder of sugar miller , Mumias sugar, to be held accountable.
