Tepper hydraulic glass elevator at Bremen central station (revisit)

The elevator at platform one at Bremen central station keeps getting worse. Surprisingly, the hydraulics have not worsened that badly since my last visit (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orPg-XMuFlw), because it still actually reaches the upper level. Before this video was taken, the elevator was out of service for a while as it refused to do anything after having come down. When the elevator is at the lower level, it relevels every few minutes, even when it is idle.
