We are standing on the overhead bridge into Plum Point in New Windsor at roughly QR53 on the Conrail River Line Subdivision, where we see CSX Train K679, a northbound empty ethanol freight.  For a good number of ethanol freights, you will see foreign or leased power on the trains.  Today is no different.  Today's consist is Canadian Pacific AC44CW's 9602 and 9811 and CITX SD40-2 3082 trailing with an 81 car freight, which includes the spacer car.  Enjoy the sight of the foreign and leased power.
