Carnival Cruise Lines Returns To Europe! Carnival Legend Sails To Europe For Summer of  2020  Carnival Cruise Lines has announced that the they are returning to Europe with the Carnival Legend in 2020.  The ship will sail across the Atlantic Ocean in June 2020 and sail to Norway, Spain, France, Portugal and the Mediterranean before heading back to Tampa in Oct 2020.
