The cat owner, a young English-speaking local lady, took images of her cat's eye operation by Dr Aung of Royal Asia Vet Surgery and showed me the images. 3rd eyelid flap and tarsorrhaphy. Clients are better educated and do make use of their smart phones to take images pre- and post-op.
