I solve the problem by not using batch pre-processing instead I went through all the integration calibration histogram luminance extraction redoing doing all my my image files flat dark bias lights. Images was taken under bad light pollution and no North Celestial Polar alignment, lights take at 6" exposure, ISO 6400...

Completed Star Alignment instead of BatchPreProcessing.

Process # Image Integration # Add registered files from output folder. Then Process.
Process Explorer # Screen Transfer Func. Nuke # High Low Rejections, close both.
Then nuke, Screen Transfer Function, New Instance Primary Integration.. Apply Dynamic Crop when you can, then click process triangle.

Process # Background Extractions # Automatic Background Extractor for Correction at Subtraction. Then process for new instance. #Select Preview 1 for dark background, Preview 2 for foreground, the DSO.

Next background neutralization Preview area 1 and 2. Preview 1 find dark area, Preview 2, the whole nebula as white reference foreground, then reverse Preview orders for Color Calibration with structure detection off.
# HistogramTransformation, #HDMR Multi scaling, #LRGB Combination, #Range Selection, #Process Curve Transformation, then Extract Masks Inversions, #Logical Histogram Equalization. Frak a lot of steps to fine tuning this from bad lights with just short 6 seconds exposures.
Disk space required for this work space 9.68 GB.

Thank You Star Trek Continues for helping me get through Pix Insight learning!!
