More often than I like, I come across building damage that could be eliminated entirely or at least reduced sufficiently, without spending a lot of money and this particular video is the perfect example of what I'm talking about. Gutter downspouts need to be located and positioned properly and shouldn't be draining onto any areas where they can create a problem, especially directly on top of a wood foundation or blocks supporting the building's foundation. Sometimes little common sense goes a long way and when it comes to your pocketbook, hopefully it will go even further.
