We stay at CESiaK (Centro Ecologico Sian Ka'an) in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere reserve just south of Tulum. During our visit we see turtle crawls where sea turtles are nesting on the beach in front of the hotel, and even see one come out to dig her nest. Then we drive up to Akumal where we snorkel with the sea turtles as they graze on the sea grass. Finally, on a beach near Tulum, we witness baby sea turtles hatching from a nest and crawling out to the sea!
