Removing the Inductive Shunt to Test the Ainslie Measurement

The 1 ohm inductive shunt is removed from the Rosemary Ainslie circuit and a calibrated non-inductive 0.25 ohm current-sensing resistor put back in its place, specifically to remove the objection that shunt inductance was producing the result. The battery reads 12.73 V and the Fluke shows 2.7 mV RMS at roughly plus and minus 20 to 50 mV. The waveform keeps the same shape, slightly smoother, with less magnification of small tuning changes.
