Hey guys and girls it’s Nathan Birch from Binvested.com.au, and today I am talking about a question that came up in Facebook that was, if I was get into a position in a buyer strategy, where I will want to sell off a property. What will be the reason of wanting to sell the property I guess there are different thing? I guess different thing coming up in different people’s life, different times. And for Me I am not in the business of selling of my property. I want to hold it for a long time. For me personally I have bought some properties that I have not sold off and this come reason why I am selling them late some of them were from the raining days.

I sold it off recently, this goes to show that there is no emotional attachment with properties. I sold my first property off, I will be happy to sell any of my property off for the right money for the right reason. Throughout my property investing there have been some properties, so of the original once that I have bought in the raining days on YouTube before I start low socio economic area. My last property is sold off. As far as property is, I bought our portfolio metric wise I guess any time I will sell it off, when I have greater cause for money, the market will not go back. I sold my first property of because I felt I could get premium money from the current market and I had the opportunity to get rid of it in place of other properties.
