Sep 26, 2018 The owner came for a review of the ear infections treated for the past 3-4 weeks after my consultation. He discovered the dog had itchy ears after boarding. I advised ear cleaning daily for 3 weeks. Today, he came in to see me for a review. His children love this old dog. Ears are OK now. However, anal sacs are ful and signs of tail chasing, scootering and tail biting were noticed sometimes by the owner. Large amounts of smelly dark grey oil were expressed. The dog needed to put on 1 kg of weight. Overall, he is very healthy. The owner has to be aware of his dog's anal sac impaction as this is quite a common problem in several Singapore's dogs (tail biting, tail chasing, scootering on floor). . The children love this dog and so the father is careful to ensure that the dog remain healthy.
