Guptas get assets back

The Guptas have won the battle to regain control of their assets. The High Court in Bloemfontein has released the assets that were frozen by the Asset Forfeiture Unit. Judge Philip Loubser sayys there is not evidence before him showing reasonable grounds to reserve the assets against Gupta linked people and companies. Belongings valued at up to a quarter of a billion rand were frozen, in relation to the Estina dairy project case. eNCA's Erin Bates has more. Courtesy #DStv403
