Ingredients


Medium size Rui fish head 4 pieces 
1 cup Mug dal 
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp cumin paste
10 nos. chopped onion 
7 nos. chopped green chili 
5 pieces Cardamom
3 pieces Cinnamon
3 pieces Cassia
1 cup cooking oil 
4 cup boil water (Big size)
7 nos. Red chilli (for decoration)
chopped Coriander (for decoration)
salt to taste
