HOMEMADE CHICKEN BURGER RECIPE:

FOR BURGER BUNS BETTER/DOAW:

1. Four cups of all purpose Flour
2. Four tsp of Yeast
3. Seven tbsp full cream milk powder
4. Nine tbsp Sugar
6. One of salt
7. Two Eggs
8. Two hundred gram butter
9. Need wise warm water

FOR BURGER CHICKEN CHOP: 

1. Two hundred fifty gram chopped chicken 
2. Two chopped green chilies
3. Two chopped onion
4. Two spn chopped Coriander Leaves
5. One forth tsp Garlic paste
6. Half tsp Ginger paste
7. One forth tsp Cumin paste
8. One tbsp dark soy sauce
9. One forth tsp black pepper powder
10.One forth tsp white pepper powder
11.Taste to salt
12.Three Cardmom powder
13.One piece Cinnamon (small size)
14.Three tbsp cornflour
15.Half of knead egg
16.Need wise regular cook oil ( for fry)

FOR BURGER SAUCES:

1. Four tbsp of Mayonnaise
2. Two tbsp of Butter
3. Two tbsp of Tomato sauce
4. One tbsp of white Vinegar 
5. One tsp white Mustard powder
6. One tsp white pepper powder


FOR BURGER TOPING:

1. Cheese slices
2. Lettuce Leaves
3. Onion rings
4. Cucumber
5. Carrot
