Restoration of Nairobi River to cost Kshs. 6 billion

It will cost the government 6 billion shillings to clean up the heavily polluted Nairobi River. The rehabilitation and restoration programme seeks to turn the river from the black murky mess it is, to a clean usable water resource. The programme to clean it, is expected to take at least 10 years. NTV's Brenda Wanga reports on the latest in a string of similar attempts that have yielded unsustainable results in the past.
