loudlabs.com APPLE VALLEY - At 7:45 AM this morning, SBSO Apple Valley received a call of a man down inside a residence. According to scanner traffic, a woman called dispatch stating her brother had been shot the night before at the location and that she went to the location to "pick up her brother's property". When she arrived no one was home but when she "looked in the window see saw a man laying on the floor of the living room with blood on him." Dispatch advised responding deputies that there was a 245 shooting call at the location earlier. One deputy responded saying the earlier 245 call was "unfounded". Arriving deputies found the victim on the floor of the home. When deputies made entry into the house at 7:53 AM they stated that the victim was "11-44" (dead).
