Sprout Tower is a place where Trainers can strengthen the bond between them and their Pokemon... in other words, the perfect place to train weak Pokemon. Bellsprouts give more experience than usual Pokemon and every Sage in this tower has at least one. Just one new Pokemon for you...

At the top floor, you'll fight the Elder and his team is a little stronger than what you've been fighting. It's still fairly easy, though, and after this challenge, your Pokemon should be in top condition for the gym battle.
