BP is investing in the Louisiana workforce today through best-in-class training at the Houma Operations and Learning Center (HOLC).  At the same time, we’re also investing in the workforce of tomorrow through our partnership with Fletcher Technical Community College and the BP Integrated Production Technologies Program. It’s an energy careers training program guided an advisory board made up of experts from BP and 10 other oil & gas companies.

We’re working hard to give our current employees and the next generation the best possible training to build safer, better careers in the energy industry.
