I know that most people are thinking about bathroom remodels, new siding and even a nice patio in their backyard, but the truth is entirely different.  A clean home that is well maintained is one of the best ways to keep your home looking good.  Nice looking homes usually sell faster than homes that aren't up to par.  Think about it, how much does it really cost to clean your house or to even paint it.  You could probably paint a 1200 square foot single story house with about $700 worth of materials and I'm sure that you would get some of that $700 back if not all of it, if and when you decided to sell your home.
