Sampling a Trinidad 7 Pot Douglah Pepper

In mid-June, Demitri and I sampled a dried Trinidad 7 Pot Douglah pepper at Church St. Pizza. I dusted my sample with ghost pepper powder. Those Trinidad 7 Pots can get up to 1.8 million Scoville units. The ones we had hit quicker and were definitely stronger than a ghost pepper. I guess this was a bit of revenge on Demitri for the OregonMania pizza stunt. I got my Trinidad 7 Pot Douglah peppers from Refining Fire Chiles.
