On April 28, I headed back to the Flyin' Hawaiian food cart to do a makeshift spicy challenge, consisting of various menu items. It ended up being around 4 lbs of food (or so they told me). I made a few critical errors when attempting this one. The heavy protein just got to me. Yet, I loved the spice, and Jason's reaction when making the "fire sauce" made this all worth it.
