(NOTE: The Flyin' Hawaiian food truck is now at Green Castle food pod, at the corner of NE 20th and Everett) In mid-February, I went to the Flyin' Hawaiian food truck after getting word that he makes some very spicy chicken. This was back when Flyin' Hawaiian was at the Carts on Foster pod. The "fire sauce" here consists of four different Dave's Insanity sauces (including ghost pepper sauce), sambal, and both of Flyin' Hawaiian's habanero sauces. Rusty's Hawaiian chicken (from Jason's business partner) is added to the fiery sauce. Please like, follow, and subscribe!
