Turkey is urging the European Union to implement visa-free travel for its citizens in the EU. That's in line with the migrant deal signed between the two. Turkey agreed to stop illegal migrants from crossing into Greece and to house refugees - in exchange for financial aid from the EU. The visa-free access to Europe part of the deal has stalled, though. Brussels wants Ankara to first amend its anti-terror laws. They're considered too broad according to the EU.
