BREAKING: Eskom to consult executives on section 189 process

Eskom has announced that it's instituted a section 189 process to restructure its executive structure. The parastatal says it has to go down this route, following a number of attempts to curb expenditure. This, as their costs, have climbed against a backdrop of slowing revenues. Eskom emphasised that this process will only affect the executive structure. It plans to keep relevant stakeholders updated as the process unfolds.
