Alton Sterling Investigation: Officers not being charged over death

Officials in the United States are reported to have decided not to charge two white officers who shot and killed Alton Sterling in Louisiana last year.
Alton Sterling died during an altercation with the two officers. Mobile phone footage captured what appeared to be the officers holding down Sterling, as they fired their weapons. His death sparked widespread protests. News of the verdict was leaked to US media before Sterling's family was informed.
