Research Firm IPSOS Synovate is ready for a legal battle should there be a case filed against it, following publication of recent research findings on graft. 
They are standing by the recent poll results that pointed out DP William Ruto as the most corrupt individual closely followed by Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru, Ruto has since rubbished the poll as fake news.
