Out of all the doom and gloom we hear on the environment, a rare bit of good news: emissions of gases that contribute to global warming, such as CO2, have remained more-or-less unchanged for three years now. That's according to the International Energy Agency. But could Donald Trump's economic priorities push emissions back up? Azhar Surki reports.
