CLIFTON, Ohio (WKRC) - New developments Friday could change the outlook for a financially troubled grocery store. The Clifton Market has had money troubles since it took over a former IGA space on Ludlow Avenue in January 2017. Now, shareholders have voted to sell it to a new owner. He also owns a nearby restaurant and took over as manager earlier in November. Selling the market was one of three options shareholders talked about this week. The other options were to declare bankruptcy or maintain it as a co-op.
