I can finally perform a full range pistol squat, as long as I am standing on a low step so that I don't have to elevate / extend my opposite leg as much in front of me. Otherwise the quad of my non-working leg tends to cramp up. Once I can engage my core and increase hip mobility, I will progress to full pistols on the floor... coming soon!
