After seeing the new movie "Darkest Hour", i spotted that one of the scenes had been shot at one of my local locations which remains derelict. Despite the movies depiction of the site being in northern France, it is in fact an old fort in Kent (UK). Built in 1756 to defend the local dockyard from French invasion via the river. Please note that the short clip from Darkest Hour is covered under "fair use". All copyright remains that of Universal Pictures.
