loudlabs.com RIVERSIDE - On Wednesday night October 24, 2018 the City of Riverside Police Department pursued a silver Jeep through areas of Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The Pursued started around 9:00pm in the Woodcrest area of Riverside when Officers attempted to stop a newer silver Jeep Cherokee. The male driver failed to yield and a pursuit was initiated. The pursuit went through Mead Valley, the City of Riverside, San Bernardino and finally coming to a stop in the City of Colton around 10:00pm. Unconfirmed reports indicated the suspect was possibly armed. The pursuit came to an end on Mount Vernon in front of the Walmart parking lot when the suspect vehicle came to a stop. the suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
