On the morning of October thirty-first, he used a backhoe belonging to the City Council and rammed it into three houses on Fabers Road, including the house where his children lived with Young. Deputy ComPol Chester Williams gave an update on the result of a psychiatric evaluation that August Senior underwent prior to this morning’s incident.
