5-year-old Beagle has very itchy ears and has been sedated with Domitor + Ketamine at 30% of usual dosage. Chin dermatitis is discovered too. Likely cause is bacterial with or without demodectic mange. The owner has used Revolution spot on to eliminate the mites. I prescribe amitraz wash and will review 4 weeks later.
