Kenya ranked 143 out of 180 countries IN Transparency International's corruption index

Kenya registered a marked improvement in the corruption perception index rankings. Kenya was ranked as position 143 out of 180, and posted a two point increase, from 26 points to 28 points this year. However, the increase notwithstanding, the anti graft crusaders say the government needs to walk the talk in the fight against graft by ensuring corrupt people are punished adequately.
