Admitted Dec 28, 2013. Abscess in nose softens on Jan 2, 2014. Anaesthesized and large nose abscess lanced. Lots of bleeding. Hamster looks like she is going to die after surgery. Video shows hamster 48 hours after cutting out the abscess. She looks better with the blood clot removed yesterday. Goes home today, Jan 4, 2014 and owner will do the nursing. The hamster should recover with home nursing.
