BP is investing in the Louisiana workforce of tomorrow through our partnership with Fletcher Technical Community College and the BP Integrated Production Technologies Program. It’s an energy careers training program guided an advisory board made up of experts from BP and 10 other oil & gas companies.

Two years in the program give students what would take nearly 10 years to gain in the industry– And it’s working – 90% of the program’s graduates are immediately placed in jobs within the industry.
