Northern California and Nevada were heavily chemtrailed, so the Gakona HAARP could attack Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. The US Drought Monitor map is shown, proving the 3 years of attacks on the Texas panhandle. Montana downburst attack is proved by seeing the clockwise rotation, and ELF clouds, inside a pure Low pressure. Impossible to explain, except for the HAARP downburst. Also, Montana shows increasing dry air inside the Low pressure area, proving the Haarp downburst. The purpose of the attack on Montana is to stop the winter wheat crop from growing.
