It is 72 degrees in Fairbanks, Alaska, on May 3, 2014. That is about 20 degrees above the historical average. The north shore of Alaska is above freezing, at 37 degrees, which is a disaster, melting the ice which protects the deadly frozen methane deposits. Next, Haarp was used to create a man-made High Pressure off of southern California. These pacific highs have been used all winter to push warm air into Alaska. The western edge of the man-made high was chemtrailed to prevent the outflow boundary from bringing rain into California. In other words, they screwed up, and had to chemtrail the Haarp smoke ring, before it turned into a rainmaker for the San Joaquin valley.
