For the fourth day in a row, Haarp was used to dry up the clouds in south Texas, and push dry air to the surface. This dry air removed the rain forecast for the next day. 

After drying out the clouds, a bunch of chemtrails were laid over the clear area. That is really unusual, very rare. The chemtrails create a capping inversion, and make rain impossible for that area. 

Normally, clouds increase with the heating of the day, but here, the Haarp drys out the clouds before they can make rain. The satellite maps have been photoshopped to remove most of the detail, so even the weather forecasters will not be able to use these maps anymore.

This technology is killing our planet, and every living species, by melting the Arctic Methane. This will increase greenhouse gas by 300 times in just a few decades. Please learn what is happening, and demand this technology is stopped, or re-directed to keep the Arctic frozen, and bring moderate rainfall and temperatures, within their transmitting areas. It is just a software change, to turn this from a demonic, planet killer, into something that would benefit mankind, and give us enough time to figure out a solution to prevent the Arctic Methane Doomsday.
