Police: Woman drove while high on heroin with child in backseat

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Cincinnati Police say a woman put her child in danger by driving while high on heroin.

Officers say they found Angela Thurman passed out behind the wheel of her car in the middle of an intersection early Friday.

Her car was running and police say her daughter was in the backseat. The officers took Thurman to jail and charged her with child endangering and possession of drug abuse instruments.
