It's the weekend of the California International Marathon. It's the weekend of the California International Marathon. Kaiser Permanente is sponsoring the Health and Fitness Expo and Runners Workshops on Friday and Saturday at the Sacramento Convention Center. Athletes from all sports will find two days of information, resources and support from Kaiser Permanente physicians and staff.
